Construction of a water park at 84 Kalinina str., in several stages. The facility will include a covered all-season water park with a thermal zone and spa, a hotel, and a shopping mall.

Project status: A specialized company, AkvaPerm LLC, has been founded to develop project solutions and prepare all necessary documentation for project launch.
